The exterior carries the Rise20 family language into a dedicated office on wheels. The tow end stays solid and functional, while the main glazed entrance sits at the opposite rear end.

Rise Studio is built to an IRC-compliant construction standard, which can support a permitted ADU installation path when the final configuration and installation are accepted locally.

The completed layout shows two work positions with drawer storage and shared surfaces. The final configuration should confirm clearances, chair space, electrical load, and equipment needs for each buyer.
Is Rise Studio an ADU?+
Not automatically. It is sold as a mobile office on wheels. Its IRC-compliant construction standard can support an ADU approval path, but occupancy, permanent installation, supports or foundation, utilities, zoning, permits, and inspections must be accepted by the local authority.
Will it be road legal?+
Rise Studio is offered on a trailer. Road use depends on final dimensions, weight, running gear, registration, tow vehicle, and route requirements. The written specification will define the transport configuration.
