Configuration-specific claims
Features, equipment, finishes, price, production timing, certification, documentation, and delivery depend on the selected configuration and written scope. Typical configurations range from $40,000 to $60,000 and typical production is about nine weeks after scope and payment schedule are confirmed.
Property and buyer responsibilities
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, buyers are responsible for confirming zoning, land-use, occupancy, rental eligibility, permits, private restrictions, site fit, access, supports or foundations, installation, utility coordination, final connections, and acceptance at delivery.
Images and representations
Some interior images use virtual staging to show how a layout may feel when furnished. Furnishings and decorative items are not included unless stated in a signed quote. Colors and finishes may vary by screen, availability, and selected materials.
